Where are you located? 

Our main office is located in the beautiful city of Boston. We have a store on 15 Charles St #1L that is open Tuesday - Saturday, 11am-5pm.

How do you pronounce Uwila? 

We get this question a lot! Uwila is pronounced “you-willa.”

What is the Perfect Fit Promise? 

Finding the perfect fit starts with making sure you're ordering the right size, and our sizing runs to being generous to help ensure no VPL or riding up. We offer a Perfect Fit Promise so we can make sure you get underwear that hugs your curves like a glove. If you don’t love your first pair of Uwila Warrior underwear, we’ll send you a different size or style of a similar price point, free of charge. Plus, you can keep your first pair(!).

How should I care for my Uwila undies and camis? 

Here is what we recommend to extend the life of your favorite Uwila pieces...

  • Silk: Hand wash cold only, hang to dry. (While you can wash and put in the dryer, we don’t recommend it as your Uwila products won’t last as long.)
  • Seamless: Gentle wash cycle, tumble dry on low or lie flat to dry.

When will I receive my Pre-Order Items? 

Pre-Order items will ship when they become available in-stock. Orders with regular in-stock items in addition to Pre-Order, will ship in 2 parcels. Have questions? Email us at warriors@uwilawarrior.com

Is gift wrapping available? 

Not at this time. We hope to add gift wrapping in the future.
